Evy Hamers

Evy Hamers (2005) is an enthusiastic young violinist. She started playing at a young age and decided quickly to pursue music making. Currently she studies at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague with Ilona Sie Dhian Ho. She is a prizewinner of competitions like the Dutch National Violin-competition and the Britten violin-competition. Apart from playing solo repertoire, Evy is an active chamber music player in different ensembles and festivals. Making music together is very important to her. She currently plays an instrument by Max Möller from 1931, very kindly lent to her by the Dutch Musical Instruments Foundation.
