Why do we collect your data?
1. If you subscribe to the newsletter we will ask for your mail address. Your email address is stored with the hosting party we work with for the newsletter: Mailchimp. They will keep your data for us until you unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, your data will be deleted immediately. You can always register again.

2. If you have purchased tickets, your information will be kept by us until after the festival. We need your details to send your tickets and to inform you of any changes or cancellations of a concert. 

Right to insight, rectification, deletion, withdrawal of consent to processing
You always have the right to access or modify your data. You also have the right to have your data removed or to object to the processing of your data. To do so, please contact us via email info@chambermusicfestival-wassenaar.nl or unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in the newsletter.

Cookies
If you visit our website, cookies will be placed on your computer. There are functional cookies (so the website can remember which concerts you as a visitor have placed in the shopping cart) and there are cookies for managing website statistics (for example, we know which page our website visitors view most often). These last cookies do not save any personal data and are therefore not linked to an individual. The information is transmitted to Google and stored by Google on servers in the United States for a maximum of 14 months after you visited our website.

Right to file a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data
If you have a complaint about how the festival handles your personal data, please contact the Personal Data Authority.

Obligation to expire your personal data
It is a requirement that you provide your personal data otherwise you will not be able to book your tickets or we will not be able to send you a newsletter.
